Brian Walker played high school baseball at Highlands Christian Academy in Pompano Beach Florida for Head coach Bruce Charlebois and Richard Dewitt. While attending Highlands Christian Academy, played 4 years on varsity where he won 4 district championships, 2 reginal championships, and had 2 final four state championship appearances. The 2010 graduate of Highlands Christian Academy hit .547 with four homeruns, 22 RBI and 24 stolen bases as a senior, was named first team All-County in Broward and Dade counties, FACA All-Star South Team selection and All-State honorable mention in senior season. Walker was also named a 2009 Baseball Factory Pre-Season All-American heading into junior campaign where he eventually batted .430 with 15 RBI and 18 stolen bases en route to an All-Broward country honorable mention. After high school Brian went on to continue his baseball career at Florida Gulf Coast University.

The year he was at FGCU he utilized a medical redshirt that shortened his season. He then transferred to Palm Beach Atlantic University where he spent the remaining 4 years of eligibility. While there he started as a platoon player his first two years and then eventually worked his way to being the starting second basemen for the sailfish. In his final season with the sailfish Walker hit a team-high .398 with a .451 on-base percentage while starting 53 games. Led the team in total hits with 80 while also scoring 41 runs, driving in 36, notching 11 doubles and finishing top 10 in NCAA Division II in stolen bases with a team-best 30 bags. His 30 stolen bases were more than double his three-year total coming into his final season. He also turned in a team-high 25 multi-hit games, while also driving in multiple runs 10 times, scoring multiple runs 9 times, and swiping more than one base in a game seven times. Walker put together a Sailfish NCAA record 20-game hitting streak from March 9th to April 12th, while also putting together separate hitting streaks of 11 games and eight games. Notched a career-best four-hit game against Lynn University when he went 4-for-4 with a double and run scored. Stole a career-high four bases on a night in which he went 3-for-4 at the plate against Nova Southeastern University. Later Walker was honored with a spot on the NCAA All-South Region Team, named to the National Collegiate Baseball Writers of America (NCBWA) All Region second-team, and also became the first Sailfish baseball player honored to the Daktronics All Region first-team. Walker also is an alumni player of the South Florida Collegiate Baseball League.

After Walkers senior season he went on to sign a contract with the Normal Cornbelters of the Frontier League where he played one season before getting released and starting his career at IMPACT Sports Performance. Brian Graduated with his degree in Sports Medicine with a minor in Exercise Science. At IMPACT, Brian utilizes his education to work with all different kinds of athletes with baseball players being his strong suit. He’s worked with high school athletes all the way up to guys in the professional ranks working on developing the speed and strength aspects of his athletes games.
